beat the bucket
A rhythm you make together

Find your beat.
Find your people.

Beat The Bucket is an upbeat, interactive bucket-drumming experience using drumsticks. With instructor Stefanus Bok guiding the groove, a simple bucket becomes a place to listen, try, laugh and make music as a team.

The experience

One bucket.
A whole group in sync.

Beat The Bucket turns everyday buckets into an invitation to make a beat together. The focus is participation: listen for the rhythm, find your part and enjoy what happens when everyone joins in.

Led by Stefanus Bok, the session is designed to be lively, welcoming and easy to enter. You do not need to be a drummer. Start with a simple rhythm, follow the group and build confidence one beat at a time.

People can take part at their own pace. Groups can discuss their needs and preferred level of activity with Stefanus when planning a session.

“A shared rhythm gives everyone a way into the moment.”

Sessions can support co-ordination, teamwork, laughter and a sense of belonging. Beat The Bucket is a facilitated group activity, not a clinical therapy service.
